The Barn Apartment
A three room apartment with two large bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms, ideally suited for two couples.
Tariff
Normal Tariff: NZ$370 per day (full apartment); NZ$250 per day (single bedroom)
Winter Rates (May 15 – October 19): NZ$300 per day (full apartment); NZ$200 per day (single bedroom)
Cleaning charge: $60 per stay

Cancellation Policy
A confirmed booking cancelled prior to one month before the booking will attract a cancellation charge of 50% of the booking fee. A confirmed booking cancelled within one month of the booking will attract a cancellation charge of 100% of the booking fee. In both cases, if we replace the booking, no cancellation charge will be made.
